ANNOUNCING CHANGES TO KAWASAKI’S 2008 CONTINGENCY REWARDS PROGRAM




Beginning June 2, 2008, Contingency Funding will be performed by MADISON
Performance Group, a new full service provider, and welcome them to our
Kawasaki Contingency Team: Madison’s toll free customer service number is
1-866-535-2544.

All Kawasaki Contingency Riders will need to re-register online for a new
Contingency Card at www.KawasakiSalesRewards.com. Once your registration
has been submitted and approved, you will receive an Automated Response
confirming your enrollment; and receive your new personalized Kawasaki
Contingency Rewards MasterCard® within 7-10 business days.

The Kawasaki Contingency Program is updated periodically, so visit our
website at www.kawasaki.com/Racing_Contingency/ to view the details, rules,
schedule of races and racing payout schedule. All Contingency earnings
issued after June 2, 2008 will be applied to your NEW Kawasaki Contingency
Rewards MasterCard. Until enrollment is completed, all subsequent earnings
will remain in a pending status… so don’t forget to register on June 2,
2008 after 9am PST at www.KawasakiSalesRewards.com!

To Manage your existing card account, please go to www.kawasakirewards.com
Use up your current balance KMC will not be transferring any remaining balance on your current card
over to your new Kawasaki Contingency Rewards MasterCard.
If there is still a balance on your current Contingency Card at the time
of expiration, you will automatically be issued a replacement card.
